today went to ICA building with mum to collect my passport before having lunch back at bugis junction. the omelette noodles with unagi from food junction tastes nice. nicer than the one i had yesterday from imm.

so yesterday, i went to fion's house for baking session of oreo cheesecake with carol and liyun. we explored her room before playing with fion's hamsters and for the first time in my life, i see such hyper active hamsters:D they are practically climbed up the cage and hung at there, bitting on the metal.
bus-ed to ntuc to get the ingredients before walking to imm for lunch at kopitiam. tried the omelette with rice inside from the japanese food store. not bad except for the tomato sauce that is sour. then bus-ed back to fion's house and it's already 4 plus._.
the baking process was not easy as the instructions were not really clear. so we have to estimated the amount of whatever we were going to put in on our own:/ there were some bumps on the way when doing. like burning the chocolate during the process of melting the 2nd piece and fion's mum had to get more chocolate as we had ran out of it. decided to try making a smaller one first before proceeding to a bigger one. and it succeeded, so began on the bigger one. after finished baking, cleaned up the kitchen and put the cakes in the fridge.
went to fion's bedroom to stone inside. then had gift exchange. Thanks For The Gifts^^ felt bad for not getting anything for them when i was receiving the presents and i got to get them belated ones >.< shortly after the gift exchange was dinner time and the 啤酒鸡 that fion's mum cooked is nice! played with the hamsters after that. then took out the cake from the fridge to taste it and it's nice:D consider it as a success since it's our first attempt at baking the oreo chessecake;D

christmas eve. headed down to orchard with mum and sis. went to the metro at paragon as mum wanted to get some clothes. also got myself a shirt that costs $50+ after discount._. of course mum paid for it for me as for the upcoming CNY clothes. i can't afford a top that costs so expensive. so on that very day, mum spent 200 plus on clothes since the clothes from metro are also kind of expensive.

these 2 days were spent in school doing the vid assignments. kind of sad, isn't it. having to spend our holidays rushing assignments:(
